Classroom and Live Online Training: Refund & Cancellation

Rescheduling by Edtia: Events might occasionally be postponed, relocated, or cancelled by Edtia Solutions Pvt. Ltd/Edtia LLC, due to unforeseen challenges like insufficient enrollments, tutor unavailability, or external disturbances (natural calamities, political disruptions, etc.).

Should Edtia need to cancel an event, participants will be entitled to a full refund.
Participant Cancellation:

• Delegates wishing to cancel 7 days or more before the event will receive a refund after a deduction of 10% of the paid amount.
• Cancellations made by delegates within 7 days leading up to the event are not eligible for a refund.

Online Course Cancellation & Refunds:

• Initial 48 Hours: Participants who choose to cancel their enrollment within the first 48 hours will be refunded the paid amount minus a 5% processing fee.
• Beyond 48 Hours: No refunds are available for cancellations made post the 48-hour mark.

Third Party Coursework:

• Should participants decide to cancel within the initial 48 hours, a 50% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Beyond 72 hours of enrollment, refunds are not available for third-party courses.

Addressing Overpayments:

In the instance of duplicate payments, the excess amount will be returned via the original mode of payment. Kindly allow 5 to 7 working days for the transaction to be processed post-notification.

Timelines:

Please expect any eligible refunds to be credited within 3 working days from the date of approval.
